EXCELLENT both for the quality/price ratio and for the convenience!I spent a hen party this weekend in the center of Rome with a group of friends and we wanted to enjoy the party until the last hour without the weight of suitcases and not being thrown around the station for hours. We offer 3 types of lockers:
• Small Locker (H 27cm - W 38cm - D 40cm) suitable for keys, documents, handbags, and small backpacks.
• Medium Locker (H 45cm - W 50cm - D 55cm) ideal for small luggage and trolleys.
• Large Locker (H 90cm - W 50cm - D 55cm) for large suitcases and trolleys.

❓ How do I rent a locker?

It’s a very simple process:
• Enter "DEPOSITO"
• Select the desired locker size
• Enter your mobile number and chosen PIN
• Choose the rental duration
• Make the payment via POS terminal
• Open the locker and place your items inside
• Close the locker

❓ How do I retrieve my luggage?

Enter "RITIRO"
• Enter your MOBILE NUMBER and PIN chosen during rental
• The locker system checks if the rental period has expired, and if necessary, prompts you to pay the remaining balance
• The locker will open automatically
• Close the locker after retrieving your luggage

❓ Can I open the locker before the selected time ends?

Yes! You can access your locker at any time without interrupting the reservation by selecting the "TEMPORARY RETRIEVAL" option and entering your mobile number and PIN.

❓ How long can I rent a locker?

• The Small Locker can be booked for a minimum of 4 hours, with no maximum limit.
• The Medium and Large Lockers can also be booked for a minimum of 4 hours, with no maximum limit.
• If you fail to retrieve your luggage or do not explicitly extend the rental period, we will store your belongings for up to 7 days, applying the daily storage fee. After this period, the items will be disposed of, and the associated costs will be charged to the renter.

❓ What payment methods do you accept?

• We accept credit and debit card payments. Cash payments are not allowed!

❓ Are my bags safe?

Absolutely! Our storage facility is monitored 24/7 by security cameras. The facility is closed from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and each locker is insured.

❓ Will I be reminded to pick up my luggage?

Yes, Easy-Bag provides a reminder service via SMS.
Make sure to enter the correct phone number when booking and remember your chosen PIN.
